Moral taxidermy for education and study

There was a program on just now and it got me thinking about taxidermy. If I bought taxidermy I'd want the animals to have died from natural causes, I don't know if that type of taxidermy is a thing. There's definitely an art to the process, when it's done well it looks amazing.
